There is a high demand for a suitable off-highway vehicle recreation facility in Riverside County.

Riverside County Regional Park & Open-Space District has created this website to serve as a public platform for comments concerning our Off Highway Vehicle Park Feasibility Study.  

We welcome your input and feedback on our project and the website.  We are hoping through this Feasibility Study to be able to determine an appropriate, safe and environmentally sustainable off-highway vehicle recreation facility for our citizens. The county has engaged a well respected consultant to prepare this study along with oversight from a steering committee composed of experts in the field of off-highway vehicle recreation and land use.
