An OHV Park Facility will need to serve the following vision to be successful in Riverside County:

Our park will be a sustainable, protected open space, easily accessible to the local community, as well as the general public. The park will be an opportunity for people to create a recreational space that will positively impact the environment.

 

This community initiative, developed  through broad-based public-private partnerships will attract diverse users while offering environmental education, an array of recreational challenges, and opportunities for economic and career development.

 

This park will serve as a model for community driven, environmentally sound recreation facilities for people of all ages and backgrounds.
